About Your Vacation Get-A-Way :
This hotel voucher is good for a 3-day, 2-night stay for 2 people in your choice of 80 destination cities (see the list below). You are guaranteed to stay at 3-star (or better) quality hotels and resorts (such as Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Ramada, Radisson, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Best Western, etc.). You will NOT have to attend any type of sales or time-share presentation whatsoever. You can travel to and from the hotel any way you want. You decide where and when you want to go. There are no strings attached! The only costs to you are a one-time $20 processing fee and $8-12 per night (not per person) for hotel room taxes. That means your 3-day vacation in a 3+ star hotel in a resort city of your choice will cost you around $10 per person per night!

What is the process for redeeming my hotel certificate?
- We will send you the hotel voucher redemption information with your purchase.
- Decide on your desired check-in date and your top 3 cities you'd like to stay in. (Around 90-95% of the time, the redemption service will find you a room in your #1 destination city.)
- At least 30 days (but no more than 90 days) prior to when you want to check in, go to www.platinumredemption.com
. Enter your voucher serial number and other information requested. Then make your reservations by calling the toll-free 800 number provided.
In addition to helping you redeem the voucher, the representative may also offer you free upgrades, free or discounted meals, or free or discounted concert, theatre, show, or other event tickets. There is no obligation whatsoever to accept any of these offers. Declining them will in no way set back or invalidate your reservation. (At this time, you will be required to pay a $50 FULLY REFUNDABLE reservation guarantee, as well as the room taxes of $8-12 per night. Of course, you would be paying room taxes for any hotel room you would normally use, in addition to the room price.)

What are the blackout dates on these vacations?
The only blackout period is from December 1st to January 14th. Other than that, you can travel anytime, including on weekends and holidays! Furthermore, there are no surcharges for staying on weekends or on holidays. You'll find that most offers similar to this one will not allow you to stay on weekends or on the week during, before, or after any major holiday (thus blocking out essentially half the year)!
How long will I have to use the vacation?
The voucher itself does not expire. You could hang onto it for 2 years before deciding to use it. But from the time you go to www.platinumredemption.com
to start the redemption process, you have 12 months to use it.
What would I pay for the same rooms in a sample city without this offer?
On average, about $175!
Can I pick the hotel I’ll be staying in? What kind of hotel will I be staying in?
Although you do not get to choose the exact hotel you'll be staying in, you are guaranteed a room in a national hotel chain or resort with 3 stars or better! Once our provider receives your reservation form, they will find you a hotel in the program that can accommodate your request on a space-available basis. The hotels vary depending upon the location. Some of the hotel & resort partners include Hilton, Hyatt, Westin, Radisson, Holiday Inn, Best Western, Quality Inn, Marriott, Wyndham and Sheraton. In some cities (like Orlando and Las Vegas), you will often have the choice of staying in 2 or more different areas in that particular city. Some hotels provide mini-suites complete with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Remember, regardless of the hotel's name, rooms are guaranteed to be at facilities that have a 3 star rating or better.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, you can. The certificate is good for 2 adults, one of whom must be 21 year old or older.
Can I bring your kids?
Yes, you can bring up to 2 children under 18 years of age along with you. The cost is only $5 per child per night.

Can I use two certificates for the same city, or use them back to back?
No, you may only redeem one hotel certificate per household per 12-month period.
Can I go with another couple?
These certificates are not good for group travel. Two couples could each individually redeem certificates for the same city and dates, but there is no guarantee that they would end up staying in the same hotel or resort.
Do I have to buy transportation from a travel agency?
No! You are not required to purchase transportation from any travel agency. You can make any travel arrangements you like. It almost goes without saying, but you should not purchase non-refundable travel tickets until you have received written confirmation of your hotel reservations. If you purchase plane tickets in advance, you may have to make changes to accommodate your hotel reservations, and that's just not a smart thing to do.
Once I have my reservations, can I cancel or reschedule?
Should you need to cancel your reservations, you must send written notice 30 days prior to your arrival date, delivered via certified mail only, in order to refund your reservation guarantee.
You may reschedule your reservation no less than 15 days prior to your arrival date for a surcharge of $25.
Are there any times I can't reserve a room?
All room accommodations are subject to the availability. Generally, the redemption agency will be able to find you an available room in your #1 destination city about 90-95% of the time! However, during peak seasons, convention weeks, and major holidays, we reserve the right to substitute a different premier resort destination.
How many people use these certificates?
